Effective: 8 August 2026Version: 1.0Applies to: onchainbridges.com
Summary. This is testnet software shown for demonstration. It is unaudited. Nothing here is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or financial advice. No real money moves on this site, and you sign every transaction you make with your own wallet. The demo tokens carry compliance controls governed by their issuer: they can be frozen or recalled if a holder loses KYC standing. By using the site you accept these terms.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Onchain Bridges, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States ("Onchain Bridges", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of this website and the Onchain Bridges testnet demonstration reachable from it (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes it.
The Site presents information about Onchain Bridges and provides a demonstration of our software running on public test networks. Test networks use tokens with no monetary value. Nothing you do here moves real funds.
you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and can form a binding contract;
you are not subject to economic or trade sanctions administered by any governmental authority, are not named on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control), and are not located in, or a resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions;
your use of the Site is lawful in the place you use it from, and you are responsible for knowing whether that is so; and
any wallet address you connect or information you provide is your own or is used with proper authority, and is not used to conceal your identity from a compliance control.
3.2
We may restrict access from particular jurisdictions and may decline to make any part of the Site available to any person, at our discretion.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token or financial instrument, in any jurisdiction, nor investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Descriptions of Teleport (TLPT) and of our architecture are informational. No regulator has reviewed or approved anything on the Site. If you are considering any transaction, take your own professional advice.
Tokens, balances, yields, rates and prices shown on the Site exist on public test networks for demonstration only. They are not money, are not redeemable, are not backed by any asset, and confer no rights of any kind. Test networks can be reset at any time, by us or by the networks themselves, and any testnet balance can disappear without notice or compensation.
Our contracts and applications have not completed a third-party security audit. We say so on the site rather than in the footnotes. Use them on that basis. Smart contracts can contain defects that cause loss of tokens, including on testnets.
#7. Your wallet, your signature, and issuer token controls
7.1
If you connect a wallet, you keep sole control of your keys. We never take custody of your assets, we do not hold your private keys, and we cannot sign transactions with your keys. Every transaction you initiate is signed by you. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, your keys and your devices. Verify transaction details in your wallet and on a block explorer before you approve them; the interface can only show you what it believes to be true.
7.2
Compliance-controlled tokens are governed by their issuer. Tokens shown on this Site are regulated-asset style instruments with compliance controls enforced by the token contracts themselves. Those controls belong to the token's issuer, not to this website: depending on the token, the issuer can block transfers that fail a compliance check, freeze tokens in a wallet, or forcibly transfer tokens out of a wallet without the holder's signature, for example where a holder loses identity-verification (KYC) standing or where an asset recovery is required. The conditions on which an issuer may exercise those powers are set out in the issuer's own terms and offering documents, which you should read for any token you deal with; they are not part of these Terms. On this demonstration, the demo tokens are issued by Onchain Bridges for demonstration purposes, so we hold the issuer role for them. In short: we never control your wallet or your keys; compliance-controlled tokens remain subject to their issuer's controls at all times.
Parts of the demonstration involve compliance controls, including identity verification performed by a third-party provider and compliance credentials recorded on public test networks. If you choose to go through such a flow, you agree to provide truthful, current information, and you understand that a credential associated with a wallet address on a public network is public and permanent, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may grant, refuse, or revoke demonstration credentials at our discretion. Loss or revocation of a credential has on-chain consequences for compliance-controlled tokens, including the issuer actions described in section 7: transfers may be blocked, and tokens may be frozen or forcibly recovered under the issuer's terms.
The concierge is an experimental assistant built on a large language model. It can be wrong. It may misdescribe rates, chains, availability or the effect of a transaction. Treat its output as a starting point, never as authoritative, and check anything material against the underlying chain. Do not enter sensitive personal information into it.
The Site links to third-party sites and depends on infrastructure we do not control, including the Chainlink network and services, public test networks, RPC providers, identity-verification providers, and block explorers. Those services may fail, change, or be suspended by their operators at any time, and if they do, parts of the Site may stop working. We do not control third-party services, we are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct, and we are not liable for any loss caused by their failure, change or suspension. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
Roadmap items describe intentions, not commitments. Plans, timings and features may change or be abandoned. Where we mark something as roadmap rather than live, please read that literally.
This is a demonstration. It may be offline, reset, or changed without notice, and testnet state can be wiped by the networks themselves. We offer no uptime commitment. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, including where we believe these Terms have been breached. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 14 through 19) survive it.
The content, design and branding of the Site belong to Onchain Bridges or its licensors, and no rights in them are granted to you except the right to view and use the Site under these Terms. Where our software is published under an open-source licence, that licence governs the code it covers. Third-party names and logos, including those of the blockchain networks shown, belong to their respective owners and appear as factual references to networks we support, not as endorsements.
14.2
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Onchain Bridges and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or digital assets, arising out of or relating to the Site, however caused and under any theory of liability; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us to use the Site in the twelve months before the claim arose, whichever is greater. The Site is free, so that amount will usually be USD 100.
16.2
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onchain Bridges and its officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, damages and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party's rights in connection with your use of the Site.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year of the events giving rise to it, and each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency or employment relationship.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be signposted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms: contact us or email ilan@onchainbridges.com.
Note on status. These terms describe the site as it actually operates today. The operating entity is Onchain Bridges, a Delaware company operating from New York; its full registered name and registration details will be added on completion of external legal review, which these terms have not yet had. The governing-law and venue choices in section 18 were made by the company and are subject to that review.
